Return Policy & Return Form

Need to make a return? Returns are easy. Just follow these steps-

1. Enter your five digit order number in the form below along with your email address. Our system will create a return label. Returns are $8.95 per order. *

All returns must be sent back to our warehouse within 10 days of customer receipt. Any returns received after that time period will be shipped back to the customer. 

2. The products must be returned in new condition with their original packaging (box, tags attached, etc). You must ship the products including the shoes and the shoe box in a bag or another box (and not use the shoe box as the shipping box.) Otherwise we can't sell the products, and we will have to charge a 50% restocking fee.

Please note that some items are not eligible for return. 

Hair accessories including (but not limited to) headbands and hats as well as swimwear are not eligible for returns for sanitary reasons.

Due to the current situation with COVID, toys are not eligible for return.

Items purchased from our final sale section are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased with the discount code FINALSALE in the code name are not eligible for return or exchange. For example FINALSALEBOOTS, FINALSALE50, etc. Items that have "Final Sale" written in the product description are not eligible for return or exchange. 

All Black Friday Sale items are FINAL SALE! No RETURNS or exchanges.

Sale items* have a 19% restocking fee. 

While we regret the need to charge restocking fees on sale items that are returned to us, the costs of packing and shipping the item are substantial. While we could increase our prices on all of our sale items to cover these costs, we choose to keep our sale prices as low as possible and only recover the cost of returns from those items that are actually returned. *Sale items are items that are discounted 25% or more of the original compare at (strike-through) price. 

*If you live outside of the US and would like to make a return, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please send us an email at help@justshoesforkids.com and we can provide you with a return authorization and our return address.

We will refund the money back to your original payment method within ten days of receiving your return.
